DOG POLICY

We welcome well-behaved dogs at our accommodation to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, we ask that dog owners adhere to the following rules:

General Rules

  1. Pre-Approval Required – Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a dog.
  2. Dog-Friendly Accommodation – We allow dogs into the centre and they are free to roam in all areas except the kitchen.
  3. Additional Fee – A pet fee of £10 per dog per night applies. This must be booked in advance, please state when booking if dogs are going to stay.

Behaviour & Supervision

  1. Supervision Required – Dogs must never be left unattended inside or outside the accommodation and definitely not in communal areas.
  2. Leads & Control – Dogs must be always kept on a lead in public areas and under control. Aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and the necessary actions will be taken if a report is made.
  3. Barking & Noise –Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs do not bark excessively or create noise that may disturb other guests. As our centre is located within a small community, we ask for consideration towards our neighbours. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM—please keep barking to a minimum during this time.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

  1. Cleaning Up After Dogs – Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately and dispose of waste in designated bins.
  2. Furniture & Beds –We have high quality memory foam mattresses through-out the centre. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
  3. Towels & Washing – Dogs must be clean and dry before entering accommodation.

Restricted Areas

  1. No Dogs in Certain Areas – Dogs are not permitted in the kitchen or the designated no go zones outside the centre e.g. Gas service area.
  2. Local Wildlife & Livestock – Owners must ensure their dogs do not disturb wildlife, farm animals, or other guests.

Liability & Damage

  1. Owner Responsibility – Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour and any damage caused. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
  2. Vaccinations & Health – All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and free from fleas or contagious conditions.

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or being asked to leave the accommodation without a refund.
