Stephen is a business manager with a degree in outdoor education and over a decade of experience running businesses. As a qualified outdoor instructor, he blends his love for the outdoors with his business expertise, managing external bookings and groups with ease. He brings a personal, hands-on style to everything he does, ensuring both business growth and memorable experiences for clients.

After years of leading crews in the Royal Navy, Ian now runs the show as a facilities manager overseeing upgrades and sorting out any issues to keep everything running smoothly. Never one to shy away from cracking a joke or two, he’s swapped the open sea for the office but still brings the same discipline and dedication to the job. Never far from his side is his trusty dog, Gwyn.

Steff is our Activities Manager. He creates tailored activity packages for schools and leads sessions at the centre. An active member of the South & Mid Wales Cave Rescue Team and the South Wales Caving Club, he brings extensive experience to the role. Passionate about people development, Steff’s hands-on teaching style helps others grow and succeed.

Kelly is a dedicated cleaner who takes pride in keeping spaces spotless and welcoming. A proud mom of two, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and exploring new places while travelling. Kelly’s attention to detail and friendly nature makes her a valued member of our team, always ensuring our guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

Meet Jo, one of our hardworking cleaners at Glyntawe Outdoor Centre. A devoted mom to one, she’s family-oriented and enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. Jo, who happens to be Kelly’s twin sister, brings the same dedication and attention to detail, ensuring our guests always find their accommodations clean and welcoming.

Cara is a passionate chef when she’s not in the kitchen creating delicious dishes, she’s off travelling discovering local ingredients and culinary traditions from around the world. Her adventurous spirit and creativity shine through in her cooking, bringing a unique and inspired touch to every plate she serves.
