Our 2025 prices include VAT, which will be shown on your invoice. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Once we have received the deposit, your booking will be confirmed, and you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance 6 weeks before your arrival date. Room Allocation – To provide the best prices, we use a room allocation system. This means beds or rooms, complete with linen, will be assigned based on the number of people in your booking. If you have any questions about room allocation, please contact us prior to booking.
